• Partnered with executive stakeholders and cross-functional colleagues to deploy enhanced features and content across ACTFL, LCF, and NCLA sites, improving digital experiences. Collaborated with end users, content authors, and approvers to ensure reliable, ongoing platform performance. Website live pages and modules built in the CMS templates - ACTFL site: Included 1,603 live entries. LCF site: Included 507 live entries. NCLA site: Included 34 live entries.
• Revamped the ACTFL website, spearheading content migration from Drupal to a new Craft CMS (Headless CMS) while simultaneously maintaining and updating the legacy Drupal site with daily content updates. Supported ACTFL, LCF, and NCLA websites in Drupal and Craft CMS, managing routine updates and issue resolutions.
• Created and maintained work instructions in SharePoint and Asana. Partnered with Marketing and Membership to deliver customer-facing, responsive web pages for mobile and desktop, ensuring WCAG compliance and optimized technical SEO. Recommended content governance policies and workflows to align stakeholders across digital properties and coordinated contracted design revisions and sitewide updates.
• Managed the full content lifecycle (creation, editing, publishing, updating, and retiring) across CMS platforms while auditing and organizing the Digital Content Ecosystem. Conducted A/B testing to optimize user experience and improve content findability.
• Managed the third-party vendor relationship with Mighty Citizen, coordinating contracted website enhancements, conducting QA testing on design revisions, and managing bug reports.
• Tracked and reported site performance metrics (page load time, bounce rate, total users/views) using Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to guide UX and information architecture improvements. Conducted usability testing and served as the primary point of contact for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving performance issues across ACTFL and LCF sites, providing responsive internal customer support.

Partnered with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams, this role spearheaded a major content migration from Drupal to a headless Craft CMS for the ACTFL site while continuously maintaining legacy platforms and building thousands of live entries across multiple digital properties. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Membership, and end users, I delivered mobile-responsive, SEO-optimized, and WCAG-compliant web experiences while establishing critical content governance workflows. I successfully optimized user experiences by tracking key performance metrics through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity, conducted A/B and usability testing, and managed the third-party vendor relationships to troubleshoot/QA CMS upgrades/bug issues, while streamlining the entire digital content ecosystem.
